The outside of the cathedral is way prettier than the inside. I prefer St. Al's interior.My hubby and I have also noticed the Masonic Temple locaiton. LOL
I think it is fitting it is accross the street from the Masonic temple. The masons always depart their building confront with the Truth. We leave ours confronted with the fact that there is MUCH work to be done.
Saint Louis University has the same situation with the lodge. It is across the street from the campus, not the church.
Sacred Heart parish here has the back side of an abortion clinic across the street.
