"And he spoke to them according to the counsel of the young men, saying: My father made your yoke heavy, but I will add to your yoke: my father beat you with whips, but I will beat you with scorpions." 2Kings 12:14
I immediately thought of this from the Gospels:
"For my yoke is sweet and my burden light." Matthew 11:30
Clearly, Jesus is restoring God as king of Israel and contrasting Himself with previous Sons of David.
